THE OPPORTUNITY
We are raising capital through a Loan Note Instrument Agreement to fuel our next stage of growth and seize value-add and opportunistic real estate opportunities.
Our fundraising will be carried out in multiple stages, starting with Stage 1 and progressing through subsequent stages. This phased approach allows us to align capital inflows with our growth milestones and investment objectives.
